🔒 Closed Samsung J6+ touch screen not working

Hello po mga boss, hingi po ako advice kung ano po gagawin ko.
Nangyari lang po ito kagabe.
Una gumagana naman ang touchscreen ng samsung j6+ plus then may lumabas na update then na click and na.install after a few minutes ng open na siya pero ayaw na gumana ang touch screen niya.

ano po gagawin ko mga boss?

kung na-install mo yong system update, kusa naman yang magre-restart so wait mo lang matapos. since, ayaw gumawa yong touch screen after the update. try mong i-reset yong phone.

Baka napalitan na yung lcd nyo at yung pinalit ay class A?

oo boss napalitan nga po ang lcd nito.. hindi naman akin to.. nagpa.swap ako..

Not compatible po yung update
May cases na din po na ganyan sa katulad na cp ko na j7 pro
Downgrade sir ang solution dyan
