Hello po. May katanungan po ako. Ano po itong nangyayari sa akin? May nakaranas na rin po ba nito? Ito po ang mga nararanasan ko na sa isip ko lang nangyayari:

• Inuulit-ulit ko ang mga salita sa isip ko. Halimbawa, ang salitang "professional", "simple", "perfect" sa isip ko. Akala ko kapag sinasabi ko ang salitang "perfect" mas magagawa ko ang mga gawain ko nang mas maayos.

• Kadalasan hindi ako makapag-focus sa ginagawa ko kasi nakatuon lang ang focus ko sa isip ko.

• Kapag sinabi ko naman sa sarili ko na mag-focus, inuulit-ulit ko ang salitang focus tapos nag-iimagine ako ng mga scenario na naka-focus ako tapos maayos lahat ng nagagawa ko.

• Kapag tinigil ko sabihin ang mga kung ano-ano sa isip ko, parang pangit lahat ng nagagawa ko.

• 'Pag may nagtanong ng question na walang sagot sumasakit ang ulo ko kakaisip kung anong sagot. Hindi ko mapigilan.

Ano kaya ito? Saklolo po.
 
Di po mental disorder yan Normal lang po yan, nangyayari din po sakin yan hindi ko mapigilan yung isip sa pagiisip pero ayun ok pa naman po... Sa kasamaang palad di pa nababaliw
