❓ Help PLDT Contract

Hi.

So under contract parin ako sa PLDT Fiber Plan 1899 for 2 years pa. I move to another apartment a month ago and requested for a transfer of connection to the new apartment.

The problem now is that there are no slots for Fiber or VDSL on the box in my street. Now I'm on a waiting list for an available slot but didn't gave me a specific date for when will that be.

The question now is, am I qualified to terminate my contract under them without paying any fees? It's stated on there contract that discontinuing of a contract has a fee of worth 3 months of the month plan fee. I need to have a stable internet connection in my house because of this work from home arrangement, and I might have to go to other ISP for my needs. But I am not willing to pay that disconnection fee since. It is on their end that they cannot offer there services to me, and not me who's willing and able to afford their services.

If there is someone here who went on a same experience as mine, kindly share on this thread how you dealt with this.

been there sa situation mo sad to say you will pay your remaining months of the contract. Ganun din sinabi sa amin wall saw slot sa lilipatan ko nakipag away na kami at sabi nmin di naman namin kasalanan wala kayong slot bakit namin babayadan. kaya nangyari binayadan nalang nmin yung remaining balance at lumipat kami sa converge tapos ngayon gusto nmin bumalik sa PLDT buti at iba ang converge sabi samin ng nakausap namin wag nalang daw nmin bayadan kusa na lang daw mapuputol yun. dont know kung totoo nga yun ok lang kasi di namn sakin nakapangalan sa biyenan ko. best thing is pasalo mo nalng sa kakilala mo yung account mo na meron slot sa lugar nila sila nalang mag babayad ng remaining months mo.
 
Babayaran mo yung 3months
Yung sakin diko na binayaran sa inis haha
Hinihintay ko siyang putulin pero 4months and counting na di parin pinuputol Hahaha 😂
So ang mangyayari sakin blocklisted ako or yung address.
 
kahit ipacut mo yan magbbyad kpa din ng 3months mo tpos ung disconnection fee at ung sa modem at landline...ang mgnda mong gwin wag ka magbayd hyaan mong iban nila pangalan mo sa pldt...kpag magpapakabit k ulit pldt ipangaln mo nlng sa iba dhil ang pldt sugap sa pera at pangit ang services nila...mga bwiset yang mga yan...20mbps kong connection eh 6months ko lng ngmit ng matino tpos nun puro speed test ko wla ng 1mbps speed tpos gusto nila bayadan ko sila....
