❓ Help Please help ZTE Pocket Wifi RED signal?

Hi, I borrowed our pocket wifi in the office. It's a white ZTE pocket wifi, not sure what model. IDi siya galing from any network but what they usually use is a smart sim card. Ginamit ko Smart Power Sim (Smart BRO) pero di siya nagana? Red signal lang. What could be the problem? Please help
