❓ Help BPO industry Newbie

Good Day to all of you guys,
I just wanna share this lucky day of my life as I passed the final interview (via phone call) in a BPO company and hired but my schedule for my 1st day of work is tentative
Also i just want to ask if there is someone here that had came from or still working in bpo industry that never had an experience also on his/her 1st day. Also hindi po kasi ako fluent sa english, and I stutter most of the time , may suggestion ba kayo to improve my english proficiency? Thankyou

All you was to do is too read english in movies, watch books of englished, speakening english all this times to betterments youre englishing.
