❓ Help cannot access sms tab on zlt s10g prepaid wifi

Sa mga masters po jan patulong po di ko po macces yung sms tab sa prepaid wifi ko stuck po sya sa "waiting" sms after ko po inopenline at nilagyan ng other network na sim. Naka full admin access na po siya. May mga unread sms po kasi siya sa prepaid sim tapos sa other sim na nilagay ko i think dun po yung problema kata stuck sa waiting. May way po ba na maclear yung sms di po kasi gumagana kahit nireset ko na yung wifi. TIA sa tutulong

same issue here.. gumagana naman ung wifi at internet...only issue is stuck sa waiting ung SMS tab..na try ko na rin poh multiple browser same issue.. na reset na ung modem..same pa din..

Naayos ko na yung akin dapat naka full admin access ka. tapos backup data ka iedit mo ito (clear_sms_when_restore=no) dapat naka yes siya tapos reset mo ulit yung wifi

mga ser. paano po kaya sa sa zlt p25. same issue po kasi.. hindi kopo ma access ang sms tab ko sa zlt p25. kahit po i reset.. pa help naman po
