🔒 Closed Bumagal yung internet speed after maupgrade yung router

Mga paps, nag offer ng upgrade yung globe samin. sabi daw papalitan yung connection namin pati yung router.
Pero mas bumagal naman na yung connection namin after ng upgrade, from 6mbps naging 2mbps na lang.

May activation period pa ba na hihintayin after ng upgrade na to or need na icontact ang (useless) customer service ni globe?

pinalitan po ng bagong router yung sa amin, sabi daw nila magpapalit na ng semi-fiber yung globe.

and regarding the settings? I have no clue kung ano na ginawa ko HAHAHAHAHA

Anong model/brand po ang ipinalit? VDSL po ba ang connection nyo?
