Meron sa Gym na mass yung naka repack sa plastic ng ice candy. 25php lang yun. magtatake ka lang naman nyan after workout eh. wag mo isama yung ibang araw na hindi ka naman nag gigym para hindi masira bato at atay mo.
 
Mass for bulking since mas mataas ang sugar niya compare sa Whey.

But overall sa quality foods pa rin. Compute your macros daily. It's up to you if clean or dirty bulking ang gagawin mo.
 
yes nasa pagkain. taasan mo ung protein (Lean meats, eggs, fish) at high in fiber foods (gulay at prutas) iwasan mo mga sugary at processed foods
