🔒 Closed Pocket Wifi charging error

please help...yung zte smartbro pocket wifi mf65+ eh hindi ngcha-charge ng maayos,tumitigil yung pgcharge niya.khit ire-connect ko yung charger sa device hindi p rin ngcha-charge..pro pg ni-restart ko dun palang mgcha-charge ulit pero after 5 minutes titigil na naman...

kung my idea po kayo kung ano yung problem at kung pano i-fix eh pa-share naman po..thank you

di ko po alam eh...pero yung charger cable ok naman kc nkaka-charge sa ibang devices meaning yung pocket wifi and problema di ko alam kung yung battery ba o yung device mismo kc yung battery long life pa umaabot ng 6 hrs pg ginamit

baka sa salpakan ng charger.. i mean baka nag loose or something. since sabi mo nga ok pa naman yung charger cord then yung battery ok din. baka lumuwang lang kaya minsan naa-uncharge bigla.
