❓ Help How to recover really old facebook account?

So, i have this old facebook po, created mga 2011-ish po. and i have already forgotten yung password. but i do remember yung email address na-link dun sa fb account and also the mobile number. pero di ko parin ma access kasi:

1.) i dont remember the gmail account password.
2.) the mobile number is no longer in service.

I have also read na you can contact facebook to recover accounts as long as you can present/provide proof confirming your identity. but i think that only works if the account you're trying to retrieve is still active kasi sa case ko deniactive ko na yung account ko. anyone else na naka encounter na ng same problem? thanks.

Try mo kung mare-retrieve mo pa yung gmail na naka link sa fb mo, after nun tsaka mo i-try na i-recover yung fb account mo

tried it po. i was asked to enter yung naaalala kong password, pero hindi ko talaga maalala. so di nila na confirm.
