Totoo po yan pero hindi pa for release to the public - sa UK pa lang kung sakali. Yung Oxford/AstraZeneca vaccine ang nangunguna sa trials and testing (phase II/III), see lists below:

Yung fast-paced development ng vaccine ng COVID-19 ay maganda ang intensyon, pero malaki po ang risks nyan dahil maikli masyado ang panahon ng pag-aaral para masigurong safe yan gamitin ng lahat.
First time pong mangyayari na magkakaroon ng vaccine sa sobrang ikling panahon out of necessity, so its best to wait for them to make it safe for us, hindi lang sa COVID-19, kundi sa posibleng side effects nito.
