Yes , it's still woring fine but the connection is somehow throttled so dont expect much speed from it . It's advisable to only use it for browsing purposes. You can watch youtube videos though, using CDC trick but you must be very patient

I can download a 4GB OS at 100-200kb/sec in less than a day with IDM. Bandwidth differs during time of the day. At least it's free my bro.
