sir, na comply ko na po lahat ng requirements on how to become an established member(30 msgs/posts, 1 new thread, member atleast 1 month), pero naging grasshopper po ako instead of ranking up to a established member. normal lang po ba to?

Probably your attitude and violation to the rules. They look after you, maybe watching you . Behave properly and follow the rules, wait for the limited access to be lifted up. I think it's 2 weeks.
