I can't access my pldt homefibr hg145v5 modem. Please help me

Reset mo na lang.

I have already done resetting, even watching the youtube techies, can't login. This is a new model - Huawei GPON Model HG8145V5 which was locked by the PLDT techies. I just want to change the wifi password because it's prone to häçking by some prank and changing the default password every now and then and I have to reset it everytime and the users always have to input the resetted default password. Please help me access admin login
