Nung nag maintenance sila mejo nagkaproblema siguro mostly ng phones nyo 4G/LTE connection naka set. Try using 3G only. Works for me sa lahat ng vpn ko and config. Maybe the 4G/LTE connection ang problema in some areas. So try using 3G connection muna. Set as 3G. Base lang naman sakin. Some will work siguro some will not. Give it a try nalang.
