2. Press and hold the Power button until the phone vibrates.

3. Then hold down the Volume Down button until the “!” appears.

4.Afterwards press this sequence of keys: Volume Up -> Volume Down -> Power button -> Volume Down

5.Success! The hard reset has just been performed.
