This is the timeline

* Phase 1: Design & Distribution (2019-2020)
The Pi server is operating as a faucet. Test coins are distributed to members. Test coins have no value and cannot be sold.

* Phase 2: Testing (2020-2021)
Distribution continues. Test node software will be deployed and the nodes connected to a test blockchain. Mobile Apps will connect to the test blockchain through the nodes, security groups and the trust graph.

* Phase 3: Go Live (2021+)
KYC Digital Identification will determine whose test coins are replaced with Real Coins. Transition to Mainnet. Connection to crypto exchanges.
