Update: Gamit ko na for 4 weeks siguro, napakabilis Ng booting suled 10 secs lang partida naka HDD pako, tapos smooth sa Games like LOL,Valorant,GTA V, not tested in Video Editing and Rendering since I'm not editor hehehe

Sorry for late reply. Dinelete ko na yung 3 files na tig 2.3 sana nag save ako ng kahit isa lol.. pero bat nag ddl pa din kahit finish na?

Check mo ung time zone mo lods. Wala naman ganyan issue sa mga nakapag install na.
Try mo tingnan sa network settings mo or sa firewall or sa browser itself, usually andun ung problema.
DL ka rin ng ibang browser. Check mo if same ba din, if hindi,meaning sa system may problema.

Hahaha! Sulit nga lods. Ok sa editing, gamit ko sa LR ko rendering almost thousands of picture and usually sa previous Os ko, it
takes about an hour or two, pero using this oS made the difference bright as day, under 1hr or 1hr + nalang ung rendering ko.

Usually problema nyan lods is when nasasagi mo ung usb kaya na ca-cancel ung boot. Try mo wag galawin ung USB.
Try mo din using other USB. Be sure to download the files correctly baka na cut yan ng downloader mo tapos hindi natapos. (Some cases)
When you reformat, please delete the drive partition itself after
reformat para walang residual files na natitira. Delete also the recovery partition (MB's Size) next to the directory para
clean install talaga. I had a lot of cases same as yours lods pero na so-solve naman after installing it cleanly.
