ANXIETY. The moment you wake in the morning, your heart feels heavy. You try every inch to make things happen. Negative vibes enter your system and stick to your head. Downtrodden vibes kill your good thoughts. Getting out from the bed becomes an uphill task. You find solace in your sleep. To escape from your reality, you enter your dreamy world. You feel low and broken. You feel ignored and unappreciated. You get all kinds of disheartening feels inside you. Your head and heart feels twisted and screwed. You do not feel okay at all.
 
Dapat kasi bigyan natin nang time utak natin mag relax sa umaga, kaya nga advisable na wag muna mag check nang phone or computer right after gumising. Yung iba nag meditate or nag excercise bago simulan yung kanilang araw.

Based lang yan sa mga kilala ko.
