🔒 Closed Youtube Speed Cap at 150KBps

Guys, pansin ko lang bakit hanggang 150KBps lang ang speed sa Youtube Videos, kahit magstream or direct download, pero sa ibang video sites, umaabot pa ng 3MBPS,
May capping ba sa Youtube gamit ang Globe? (mobile wifi user, gosurf50+watch and play promo)

And so, paano pabilisin sa maximum speed sa Youtube (and other Watch and Play sites)?
