Hi po..Ano po ba dapat ang mga specs na need iconsider pag bumili ng laptop na hindi kamahal.

priority mong hanapin is battery capacity = higher the better
next is ung ibang specs na kelangan mo lang.
screen size matters a lot = the bigger the screen the faster it will drain the battery.
no point of buying 32 bit os unless atom powered devices at tablet na upto 11 inch ung screen for regular usage except gaming and video editing

very imitated ang upgrade possibility ng portable device gaya ng laptop / mas mapapamahal ka.
suggest ko bili ka ng laptop na mura lang kung kelangan talaga ng laptop ..
then ung extra budget is pambili mo ng desktop unit

Magkano po ba budget niyo?

In terms of specs...
CPU = quad core as much as possible
RAM = 4GB (8GB if kaya ng budget)
HDD = 500GB or 1TB storage
GPU = Mostly po kase kung budget laptop mahirap makabili ng may dedicated graphics
