APKTool is used to decompile || recompile || sign an apk for modification purposes.
Maybe you are referring to 'WiFi Sniffer'?
Di pa ako nak-try nyan, pero according to what I've read before, working daw sa PLDT yan provided na default password pa ang gamit.
