🔒 Closed Failing to connect to http injector using openvpn

I was connecting to http injector using openvpn through the upstream proxy 127.0.0.1 8989 now i cant connect,when it authenticate it disconnets, i think my isp somehow blocked the injection through 127.0.0.1 8989 ,is they a way to override or fix it
