help naman mga ka phc pano,ba mag palit ng apn,sa modem? hina kase signal 2 -3 bar. e,ang,max bar 5bar nag ganon pa help .

i papa admin access mu pa yan sir. para makuwa ung ng good connection

I'd recommend you unlock it yourself. Admin access will not allow you to edit APN. No need to solder, as long as you have an electric tape and ensure that the cables don't touch each other, you'll be fine.
