🔒 Closed Help build ehi!!!

Im a sri lankan and in our country ,there is a ISP named dialog axiata . they have a working free site called dialog.lk but we cant make any ehi beause they only allow free net on local ip addresses. is there any way to bypass that and create a ehi!!! please help . i created many ehis and they connected but still data charges are apply because my ssh does not provide a local ip address. but when i connect directly no data charges are applied.
