🔒 Closed SoftEther private VPN with NetFlix access

I created an account sa IE server if anyone here on Phcorner would like to test Netflix's speed.

Server type: L2TP/IPSEC PSK
Server Adress: vpn.installmywebapp.com
IPSec preshared key: vpn
Port: 5555 if using Windows Softether client

Username: phcorner@VPN-IE
Password: phcorner

Only 3 concurrent connections only allowed on this username.

DO NOT USE FOR TORRENT.
Request access to the Germany server VPN-DE if you wanna torrent.

BTW, how can this be used to access the internet for free using mobile when in the Philippines? Wala kasi ako sa Pinas and I'm not familiar sa mga VPN na may free net, it's just that some of my friends in the Phil are asking if they can use my VPN server for free internet access.

Note: this is just an update/edit on my previous thread since I can't seem to delete nor edit it.
