🔒 Closed Network connecting on most proxies but unable to access free internet on vpn

im from zimbabwe..there is an isp which connects to many (http) proxies with port 3128 but it doesnt have a bug host(website)..can you help me connecting the proxy on http injector for free internet? currently its able to connect on droidvpn with local port 8080 and remote port 110
