Netflix scam or pishing häçked my friends account. Email and phone number for retrieving are both useless. It was my fault because I sent him that scam link. What will I do to help him get his facebook account? Thanks

hmmm.... best way to deal with this legally is to contact facebook with or without another account.
although, you may need some documents of your friend/s
