🔒 Closed Smart can't connect vpn connection

Bumili ako bagong sim card na smart lte ready for 5g, mabilis Internet ko, kaso I can't connect to my office vpn pero pag ang gamit ko globe n sim nkaka connect naman ako. Expired na free promo ko but until now d ako mka connect sa vpn. I hope there's a setting that I need to setup lang,. Anybody can help me. Thank you.

ganyan din sakin may prepaid smart sim ako 5G signal kaso ayaw talaga kumonek ng company VPN na PPTP pero sa globe postpaid line ng company at prepaid sim ko nakaka-konek. tinawagan ko ang smart unfortunately wala rin daw sila magagawa dahil yung network daw nila is hindi kaya ang VPN bibitaw din daw kahit ipilit, which I think hindi totoo. Excuse lang nila yun dahil ang totoong reason nag ba-block sila ng mga VPN services to avoid explotation of their data service ng mga VPN.
