❓ Help Thread Title Text Format

Good day!
Not so important but I'd like to manifest on this little matter.

Why do thread titles do follow a proper sentence format?
In 2013, I can do this: "Vampires Will Never Hurt You"
But now, it'll fall on this format: "Vampires will never hurt you"

Para lang pong mas maganda ata kung pwedeng paglaruan ng thread starter yung title para mas nakaka-ingganyo? (O kung ano mang-mas ok na term) ...though content(s) still matter.
