❓ Help Sunbroadband roaming

Pahelp naman po.
Yung sun broadband ko po nagroroaming.
Kaapg po nagseselect ako ng network, smart sya, so, sineselect ko yung SUN kaso network failed kapag ipaapply ko.
Yung roaming po dahilan kaya mahina net ko. Kaso ayaw tlga maselect ng SUN as network, always network failed kapag aapply.
Pano po i turn off yung roaming?
Please need ko po tlga alisin yung roaming, kahit google halos 10mins bago maload >.<

Through gateway po ba pagpapalit mo ng network?
May sunbroadband router ako dati (yung nasasalpakan ng sim) at na-experience ko nga yan.
Kaya lang di ko ma-recall yung ginawa ko... Ang alam ko lang, dapat mapalitan bago magconnect ung sim.
So try this:
Opt1. Disconnect then change network,, then connect

Opt2.Try to change something temporarily in settings para ma-disconnect (say APN),, change network,, ibalik sa dati yung apn then connect.

Opt3.Isalpak mo po sa phone temporarily yung SunBro sim at dun magpalit.
Step1:Settings > Network Settings > Manual > choose Sun
Step2:Settings > Network Settings > Automatic
*Or alike steps, depende sa phone
(Uuitin talaga from manual to automatic)

IF AND ONLY IF, via gateway ang pagpapalit mo. Pero kung sa dashboard, tignan mo po muna kung pwede na may icheck ka to allow "data roaming" sa settings. Kung wala, try mo po yung Opt2 or Opt3 kung uubra.

Natry ko po lahat, pati sa sim, wala po nalitaw na SUN network kapag sa cp ko minamanual. smart at globe lang po talaga. Wala po bang way via texting? Salamat po ng marami
