Hi! New member here

Just bought a new PLDT Home Prepaid wifi, model R051 yung white. Nakaconnect siya through PC and wifi sa phone ko, with full 3 green bars sa signal LED ng modem, pero pag nagcheck ping, I noticed na paputol putol yung connection. Tried changing APN, pero same issue padin. I'm previously using an open-line globe tattoo pocket wifi na hindi naman LTE with smart sim, and wala naman problema sa signal even if both PC and Phone are connected.

Any suggestions on how to fix? and kung ioopenline ba yung modem (Debrand) makakaimprove kaya sa connectivity issue?

try using 3g instead of 4g. mamaya ka na magpasalamat.
