❓ Help How to Admin access B310As-938

Baka po may alam na kayo paano i admin access yung B310As-938. Sobrang hina kasi talaga ng internet dito saamin. Hindi afford ngayon yung may bayad sa admin access . Pls help

I'm not an expert nor have basic knowledge on how to access the admin. I just read some post here and i forgot who he/she is but he/she says that you need to openline your wifi before you can access the admin.
