acidic kasi parang pinya, kaya hindi pwede uminum agad pero mga pilosopo inum muna daw sila bago kumaen ng mangga:D
 
depende sa nagsabing matandang ermitanyo,o nakatatanda sayo malamang naranasan nya,may iba naman wag daw kumain ng hilaw na mangga sa umaga lalo na at gutom .malalamigan daw ang tyan..pero eto lang napatunayan ko makati sa bandang ngala-ngala pag nakain mo yung parang fiber ng mango .makakainum ka talaga ng tubig
