Smart lte not working on my blackberry q10.

Hi. Newbie here. I have this new LTE simcard for my 4G LTE-ready BlackBerry Q10 phone. but when I activate the data, it's connection is up till 3G and or H+. why is this? I need help..

I bought this simcard kasi(tagalog na nga) yung mga kaboardmates ko ditoo sa dorm is gumagamit ng ganon and abot 4G sa mga phones nila na Huawei at iPhone 6. huhuhu di ko siyamaenjoy
