❓ Help minecraft server pldt fibr an5506-04-fa 2631

hello guys, i badly need help or tutorial about making a minecraft server, ive tried all the options, firewall port forwarding, port triggering, UPnP, DMZ and etc. still the port is still close. well they said if the router's IP is 100.x.x is considered CGNAT and the port forward will not work.
guys have any idea? or encountered this problem? comment down below. thanks.

note: we have the same issue of the person in here about the port forward.
