How to bypass admin restrictions in our company's internet

Yung company po kasi namin kelangan ng account to log.in the internet. Kung Manager ka, you can gain access pero hindi ka makakaplay ng video... sinasabi kasi na outdated yung adobe flash player, pero pag.nag install ka ng adobe flash, restricted at ayaw ma install kasi nga binoblock ni admin ang installation... kahit gamitin ko yung proxy sites, ayaw ma play yung videos except sa youtube pwede sya... help me guys.. gusto ko kasi yung anime44.com, daming anime na series... heheh... Hope you can help me mga boss!!!

Boss try ko ngayon... ang problem lng kasi restricted din mag.install ng kahit na anong apps sa computer... si admin lng pwede mag install ng mga programs dito... huhuhu...
