Globe postpaid wimax/lte speeds when throttled

Hi,

Globe WiMAX/LTE users, what kind of speeds are you getting after reaching the daily FUP limits? I'm considering switching from Sun Cellular which is completely unreliable but I need to open websites even after reaching the FUP limits, so using EDGE is not an option (let's be honest, EDGE belongs to the 1990s).
I read DSL users will retain 30% of the advertised speed but what about for WiMAX and LTE?
