❓ Help Solution: PLDT Super admin login

Hi mga ka PHC!

After ko i-reboot yung modem ko di ko na ma-enable yung admin account. Na didisable kasi yung admin account every after reboot so need mo siya i-enable gamit yung super admin account. Ganito rin ba nangyari sa inyo?

Ito yung most recent na credentials ng super admin:

Ganito nangyayari tuwing nilologin ko. I tried using pc via ethernet and laptop/phone via wi-fi. Iniisip ko kung nag iba na yung credentails ng superadmin or baka may binago si PLDC.

In-case nalologin niyo parin yung superadmin account and na eenable niyo padin yung web admin ito yung default admin account:

enter 192.168.1.1/fh on url bar before inputting credentials
to update your modem, I suggest to reset factory

Yup ganyan naman ginagawa ko, actually na lologin pa yung luma kaso white screen nalang lumalabas ang hindi ko pa na tatry is mag reset to factory, naka enable kasi lahat ng lan ports and gamit namin, baka kasi pag nireset to factory ko di ko na ma enable ulit hahaha.

Update: For some reason after ko mag factory reset ng modem gumagana parin siya. Enjoy!
