☕ Java Send free sms to philippines from the internet

Hi Everyone!

I am currently developing a system that can send free sms here in the Philippines. Does anyone of you know how to do it? I am currently trying to connect the Ozeki system with my Java program. I tried to coordinate with globe for their SMS IP gateway but they won't give it to me (Obviously).
