Pa help po guys. Need info on return ng phone.
Kumuha kasi ang uncle ko ng Samsung A30 postpaid plan 1299 or smt.
May tumawag daw kasi sa kanyang na taga globe tas ang offer sa kanya is that he will only pay 500 pesos each month. Eh yung uncle ko medyp illiterate. He believed it, and payed the 500 pesos at dumating yung phone.
When his bill arrived, he was very surprised and asked me to call the gcus about it. Thats how we found out that the plab he has is the 1299 or smt.
Its outside of his budget so he decided to just return the phone. So I called gcus again to ask how. They told me its impossible as he has not finished his plan and have to pay the termination fee.
So my uncle decided to keep the phone but he really cant fit that 1.3k into his budget. Then he told me that someone from globe told him that its okay to return it without paying for anything. Just send it through LBC. It sounds very suspicious so I asked him not to do it. It may be a scam.
So. Have anyone done this before? Is it legit? Please help!
