So it’s been a month since i‘ve experienced my internet connection suddenly slowed down during day time, i’ve already reported it to pldt cs but still no actions. During day time my internet speed is around 300kbps even though my signal is 4g with 2 bars. It is a lot slower compared to before which was around 20-30mbps, it only comeback to its usual speed before at around midnight till dawn, I already tried all the troubleshooting, even buying a new modem but none works.
