🔒 Closed tama ba yun? walang binibigay ang agency ko na pay slip??

hello guys ask ko lang if may karapatan ba ako mag complain kasi walang binibigay na payslip ang agency ko? kulang kulang kasi sahod ko halos kumpleto naman pasok ko at kinikwenta ko sa time card ko.

ireklamo mo po pag hinde nila binigay sayo ng tama yung hinihinge mo.

Yung mga Company na umaasa sa Agency para sa Manpower dapat na imbestigahan ng DOLE, kasi kapag under agency ka hindi magiging Regular Employee sa mismong Company at gagatasan ka naman ng Agency na panay renewal lang ng kontrata..

Pagdating naman sa Payslip, dapat lang na may ibigay sila.. Kasi yan yung magsisilbing patunay kung naghuhulog sila sa SS, Pag-ibig Fund at Phil Health ng mga empleyado nila.. Yung ibang Agency kasi kaltas ng kaltas pero di naman pala naghuhulog sa SS at etc..

Kung Months na ang binilang at wala ka pa rin Payslip, i-Tulfo mo na agad, wag kna rumekta sa DOLE mga 10Years yan bago umaksyon!!

Yeah right, pang check and balance! At kapag may involve na media bumibilis aksyon ng sanghay ng gobyerno.
 
Bawal po ang walang payslip, kasi dun mo makikita kung saan napupunta ang mga nakakaltas sayo or absentees mo or whatever. I hope you read your contract also.
 
There is no direct mandate for employers/agencies to issue payslips to its employees. However, DOLE has made it clear that being issued their payslips is the employees’ right. “Regardless of their work status, casual or regular employees, job designation, and rate of wages, they are entitled to receive pay slips from their employers.”

Sa totoo lang EMPLOYMENT document yang payslip which is napaka vital. Pabor nga sa side ng employer/agrncy yung walang palyang pagbibigay nyan, bakit? the same information contained in the payslip to prove that all such amounts indicated therein were actually ρáíd to the employee in case the latter claims non-payment, and to prove the amount and nature of deductions if the employee later on complains that certain items were wrongfully removed from his/her salary. Employers, though, have to make sure that the payslips they issue are duly received and acknowledged by the concerned employees for it to become substantial proof of actual payment.

The one who issues the employee’s payslip is invariably regarded as such employer. This finds particular significance in case of contracting or subcontracting arrangements, where the contractor’s employees sometimes confuse the principal as their employer.
 
syempre bawal yun! Anong klaseng agency yung magbibigay ng sahod nag walang physical evidence or prof of days na pinasok mo.. ano yun verbal lang? HAHAHHAHAHHA WTF
 
Dapat talaga may payslip.paano ka makakapag loan halimbawa sa PAGIBIG FUND kung wala kang payslip.ganon din ata sa SSS kailangan din yon.

Yeah that's right papz but isang panlalamang yun sa kapwa right? I doubt kung mag-agency ka ng walang kita right? Siyempre may commission na rin dun ang agency sa company na kanilang inalayan ng serbisyo. In short pag walang payslip walang ebidensya but the truth is ang ebidensya is the proof na wala namang payslip 🤗.
 
Sabagay di pa naman ako naglo-loan kaya yong payslip ko diko pa nagagamit nakatambak lang sa bag ko yong mga kasamahan ko mahilig diyan, loan ang takbuhan pag kailangan.kaya kailangan talaga yan hingi ka ts.

Kahit nga sa pagkuha ng loan na kung anu-ano eh requirements ang payslip. Sample muna si homecredit, globe, smart, sun pag kukuha ka ng unit ng cp sa kanila.
 
Simple lang yan ts ready molang cp pang recorder tapos putaka sa inc nyo pag dating mo start record na wag lang pa halata tapos hingiin mo payslip mo pag ayaw tanongin bakit anomang mga sasabihin nila dapat naka record pag wala kang nakoha na payslip ok lang alis kana dyan pota ka dole e pakita mo yong na record mo lagut na sila dyan haha
