❓ Help Guiz i need help in installing my smart broadband in windows 8.1.

Everytime that I install my smart broadband prepaid stick into my laptop, it installs but when it starts to install drivers, it keeps saying "Driver Installation Failed".

I have already updated it yesterday and when i open my device manager, it see no problem. But I can't still install my broadband. Do you have any other suggestions? By the way thank you for replying..

i think you need to install any version of driver pack solution
