How to install-

Extract the rar file password- 23 asterisk *********************** after you extract open the folder, click iso update s2 folder then select and move the game to PSP/GAME folder and for texture open the extracted folder Memstick/PSP select the TEXTURES folder and move to PSP folder, if you see cheats folder on mod it's not gonna work for android.
