🔒 Closed Network mode missing

Hello po , Newbie ako dito sa site , Gusto kopa mag tanung kong pano e change yung Network mode ko , di ko po kac mahanap ung network mo , gusto ko sana e change ung net ko instead of EDGE gagawin kong High Speed , ginamit ko narin ung Dial # na ##4636## > phone information > radio band etc .. etc .. kahit e change ko po ng shortcut GSM only to WCDMA ayaw parin , any buddy can help me ? thanks . ^_^

baka hindi talaga supported ng Phone mo yung 3G (WCDMA) ... It's usually on Settings>Wireless & Networks>Mobile Data>Network Mode ... Its either that ^^ , or theres no signal in your area... try to change your sim , from Globe to Smart and Vice Versa...

one more thing , Dual Sim ka kuya? kasi pag dual sim, usually primary (1st one) sim lang ang 3G, hindi kaya ng Phone ang sabay na 3G , kaya primary sim lang...

I'm very sorry, we can't do anything about that... You can get a new WCDMA supported device for around 2000-4000 pesos... which is ALOT Better than your current device...

Hi mam ask ko po if pati unq arc mobile na android TV 353D 4.2.2 kernel ver. Na 3.4.5 hindi din supported? same problem kc eh naka gsm lang pero napapalitan ng unkown
