🔒 Closed SUN vpn not connected theory

after ng maintenance ni sun kagabi till 6am mukang nagkaroon ng server blockings but im not sure,
why?
all singapore servers ph servers and netflix servers na nakaonline sa timeline from 9pm-6am simula kagabi ay hindi makaconnect
samantalang all servers na hindi nagamit from the said time is still connected specialy india and private germany and some singapore too,
but this is only a wild guess there must be still a problem in sun network that prevent some ip from interacting to their network .

any idea?
