Use CLI and Proxifier and clear DNS cache sa windows ^_^ and sa android naman try to cdc make sure Android 10 below ka ah.

bakit po connecting lng ngaun? kanina ok naman po
Change IP po
pwede pala palit dns, bat kaya sa pc ayaw, pag manual change dns sa ipv4 network config nagcoconnection retry yung Cli, pero kapag tinanggal dns gagana.
