❓ Help Help! the power button and fan dont go off when i shutdown laptop... :(

help! my dell laptop shuts down but the power light and fan dont go off.. i still have to press the power button again to shut down fully,.. any suggestions mga ka PHC..salmt:happy:

ive tried and searched the net for solutions but still it wont go off... ive tried the regedit, the full scan for malware, the battery power options setting, the system refresh, the cmd and i also teared down my laptop remove the battery the HDD the RAM etc... but still i got the same result...

Try mo on laptop mo ng walang HDD or walang Ram.Try remove battery clock to reset its BIOS.Kung wala pa rin,Reformat. I hope it will help you.

kung wala nman physical damage.try mo nang reformat. pero ung mabagsak yan pacheck mo na.
