❓ Help My question about opening bank account.

Since it's my first time in opening bank account, I have a question regarding the proof of billing requirement. As of now I'm currently living in an urban, renting a room that serve as my temporary address to pursue my college degree . The problem is as the bank requires proof of billing within the place I'm currently living as of now. The apartment only provides unofficial receipt of its bills since I wont have the offcial bill and secondly, I'm not the respective bill holder. How am I supposed to meet this requirement?

Ask mo sa bank kung puwde yung school records of payment mo or kung may motor ka pwde dn sguro yung vehicle registration. Or just ask directly sa bank dahil sila lang din makakasagot ng question mo.
